Our Healthy Holiday brings together elements of all our core Retreats. Built upon our 4 Pillars of Wellbeing our Healthy Holiday is the perfect blend of nourishing body and mind through clean natural whole foods, while at the same time increasing your activity levels. With a variety of daily activities to stimulate the body and mind a week on a Healthy Holiday means you return home feeling Lighter, Brighter and a whole lot Tighter.
We take advantage of our gorgeous Healthy Holiday locations and so you can expect to also enjoy the local culture too. Our Healthy Holiday is not a Bootcamp, this is not about deprivation, abstinence and exhaustion. This is about balance, moderation and fun.

Our fantastic seven-night Healthy Holidays run through the year in Spain, France and new for 2017 Wales they are designed for those who want to get away from it all and focus on eating better and moving smarter to regain or kick start motivation for a healthier lifestyle. You may want to lose weight, reboot your fitness or simply enjoy spending a healthy week with like minded women.
With an intelligent focus on behaviour, nutrition and exercise as well as some good old fashioned R&R, you’ll emerge from our Healthy Holiday refreshed, fighting fit and an average of 8 lbs lighter as an extra confidence boost!
What will you do on our Healthy Holiday?
Eat well: Our beautifully cooked, freshly prepared meals use seasonal and (where possible) organic ingredients sourced mainly from local shops, markets and farmers co-operatives . The menu is influenced by local cuisine and can be tailored to any dietary requirements.
Do some exercise: We’ll be offering an inviting mix of exercise sessions that work on your functional fitness, from body weight circuits, Pilates, Kettlebell, boxing and Hiit workouts, there are daily hill walks through local villages and the gorgeous local countryside.
Focus on your health goals: We’ll use Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to help you achieve your goals, whether that’s improving performance, overcoming fears or helping your body get back on track after an injury or illness. An interactive nutrition workshop will help you understand how to fuel yourself for weight loss and fitness too.
Enjoy some R&R: We run our healthy holiday week Mediterranean-style, exercising early and late in the day and enjoying three hours of siesta time every afternoon to give you a chance to top up your tan or find a shady corner and relax with a book. There is one complimentary full body massage included in the week and you’ve the option to book more therapies.
This is a Healthy Holiday NOT a Bootcamp.
All the activities are optional, we want to encourage you to not only recognise but move outside your comfort zones as that is where real lasting change happens. As on all our Retreats, you can expect a high level of personalised attention to ensure that you reach your goals. You will be offered an optional Health Assessment at the beginning and end of your Healthy Holiday so that you can if you wish, measure your success.
