Our Returner Only Retreats are perfect to take your knowledge and experience to the next level.

Building on our core tenants this Returner Only Retreat offers new workshops, new activities and new experiences. There are also new menus and recipes not available in j any other Retreat.

To attend a Returner Only Retreat you need to have completed at least two previous Body Retreats. This prerequisite will ensure that you are confident in the practical application of the core tenants of The Body Retreat.

It is also possible to attend the Returner Only Retreat as part of a 2 week Retreat programme as you will continue to momentum from the initial retreat and all the knowledge is still fresh. We will discuss this with you before confirming your place to ensure that this is the right Retreat option for you.

Price for this retreat includes:

Ensuite accommodation with power shower or bath, luxury bedding, bath robes and towels, all meals and snacks and drinks prepared to your dietary requirements, between 5 – 6 hours activities per day, group behaviour, hypnotherapy and nutrition workshops, complimentary body treatment, welcome pack and Goody Bag , recipes and meal plan, exercise at home workouts and follow up communication

*retreats start on the first day at 5.30pm and finish at 9am on the last day, there are activities on both of these days.
