When & where are they held?
Our Stress Reset retreats are held at our super comfortable venue in Somerset. Read more about the location or check out the dates.
Whats include in your retreat:
- Pre course advice, consultation and health questionnaire & food diary
- Personal health assessment on arrival and departure
- Welcome pack and Goody Bag including t-shirt and luxury Mio toiletries
- Ensuite accommodation with power shower or bath
- Luxury bedding, bath robes and towels
- All meals and snacks and drinks prepared to your dietary requirements
- Between 4 – 6 hours activities per day
- Individual 1-2-1 with our Nutritionist to review health questionnaire & food diary
- Group Mindfulness and nutrition workshop
- Group sleep Hypnotherapy and sleep hygiene session every night
- 1 complimentary body treatments (more can be booked & cost from £20 for a manicure or pedicure)
- Access to expert optional 1-2-1 Hypnotherapy Consultations (£50 for one hour)
- Expert handouts, recipes, meal plans & shopping lists
- Optional 1-2-1 to review post exercise programme
- Active post course community
