It makes us soooo happy when someone joins us for the first time and we exceed their expectations 🥰 when they are someone who like Emily who herself has spent decades learning, practicing as well as retreating at various other retreats it’s maybe even more satisfying.

We pride ourselves on running down to earth health retreats that support women to reclaim the body, health and wellness they deserve.

All our retreat programmes are firmly based on the appliance of science of women’s health but more importantly they are about what to do day to day with that knowledge.

As the only health retreat company that is founded, designed and delivered By Women For Women Only we are so proud of our amazing team of teachers, therapists, trainers and professionals who make each week at The Body Retreat so special.

Today meet Nadiya

With 14 years of yoga teaching experience, Nadiya guides you to reconnect with your body, release tension, and reclaim your capacity for rest. Her classes encourage curiosity, compassion, and slowing down. Blending therapeutic yoga, somatic movement, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices, she meets participants where they are, offering an accessible, nourishing practice.

Since joining the Body Retreat in 2021, Nadiya has enjoyed sharing yoga and mindfulness with new and returning retreat participants and continues to be passionate about supporting women in discovering a more embodied way of living through gentle movement and restorative rest.

When she’s not teaching, Nadiya is making the most of the beautiful surrounding Dorset countryside with her dog!
