A Weekend Retreat is all about being happy and healthy. You will enjoy the highest standards of facilities plus an unrivaled programme of exercise and activities throughout the weekend. Whether you are a fitness enthusiast or are looking for a relaxing fun break, these Weekend Retreats will help you make the most of your weekend away. The emphasis is always on enjoyment with fun, motivational exercise and relaxing classes to stimulate your mind and body and leave you both invigorated and relaxed at the same time. Although there is structure to each day, there is also plenty of time to relax and unwind and enjoy the spa facilities onsite.
Our Weekend Retreats run throughout the year at selected venues in the UK and with 2 or 3 night weekend camps to select from, you can easily fit them around your work. The weekend starts on Friday afternoon with an easy welcome class to help you settle in before dinner on Friday evening and finishes on Sunday or Monday afternoon. Our meal plan stays true to our nutrition ethos and are based on clean, nutritious whole foods and all meals, snacks and drinks* are included in the price of your event.
