Price for this retreat includes:

1-2-1 Nutritional assessment and consultation with Kate Delmar Morgan including a follow up advice (£275), 2 Mindfulness workshops and practise everyday along with a take home CD, Group Sleep hygiene hypnotherapy every evening and a in depth nutrition workshop around stress and hormone imbalance,  Yoga and Pilates class , 1 complimentary body treatment, welcome pack and Goody Bag including t-shirt and luxury toiletries, Ensuite accommodation with power shower or bath, luxury bedding, bath robes and towels, all meals and snacks and drinks prepared to your dietary requirements, between 4- 6 hours activities per day.

*retreats start on the first day at 4.30pm and finish at 10am on the last day, there are activities on both of these days*
