The Conscious Christmas Cookbook is a selection of dishes all of which have been given a festive seasonal Conscious Cooking twist. As well as using seasonal ingredients they are high in protein good fats and fibre , they are portion controlled but they do allow you to feel that you have enjoyed some indulgence without blowing the bank and feeling truly “fed up” this festive season.
