Sleep is such in integral part of health and weight management. That is why all our rooms are cosy en-suite, almost 90% of women join us alone and we have only one twin bedroom for couples, mum daughter, siblings or friends to share. The Body Retreat is different Not only are we the only health retreat company run exclusively By Women For Women with a consistent team of amazing experts, trainers and therapists all specialising in women’s health ..but we do things differently here. Super small groups, only 6-10 women per week. This means a truly tailored retreat experience. Complete programme, no day trippers or dipping in or out. Our programmes have a beginning, middle and end. Real Food Made from scratch onsite by our resident retreat cooks. Local, seasonal, organic produce turned into the most delicious meals every day all tailored to your dietary requirements. Daily science backed workshops led by a team who can help you to distinguish the health facts from the health fiction. We are not a Bootcamp, we take an approach that is nurturing and nourishing. From even before you arrive our level of personal attention will make you feel like you are coming home for the week. Our co-founders Julie & Juls, not just a name above the door or flying in for a VIP visit but rather working all day every day on every retreat.
