One Day Events
Our One Day Events are fun and interactive and are the perfect day retreat for mind and body wellbeing. Even one day out of your normal routine can be extremely beneficial, whether that is to help you break the cycle of an old helpful habit, to learn a new healthy skill or simply to refresh your motivation to your own health and wellbeing.
Life is too short to eat bad food. Conscious Cooking is about making conscious choices through the whole process from selecting and buying ingredients to pairing food groups to ensure maximum nutrition and taste and then finally presenting and serving to appeal to all the senses.
The day will be a mixture of demonstration and hands on cooking and you can expect to not only eat well during the day but to return home with a goody bag of your own creations
Every year we hold a mixed Charity Day Camp in aid of the two charities that we support Breast Cancer Now and The Eve Appeal. The idea behind the event is to create a day full of Fun, Fitness & Fundraising.
Our One Day boot camps are a perfect way to do something different with your weekend. Or give you an a insight into what a day on our Weight Loss Retreat may be like, but they’re also a great way to help you get back into regular training, or to give a boost to your existing exercise regime.
